SELECTED PROJECTS

Created four new programs at Winchester High School:
Photography, PhotoShop, Computer Animation and Digital Photography

Created an educational collaboration between the Boston Arts Academy,   
the Griffin Museum of Photography and Winchester High School


Created the Winchester Friends of Art, a non-profit arts advocacy and
fundraising organization now in its nineteenth year

Directed ten educational tours for high school students to Russia, Germany,
Italy, Great Britain and France with an emphasis on the study of visual art and architecture

Engaged in a six year artistic collaboration with a photographer to  
investigate ways to combine the art forms of painting and photography


Created the Creative Art Workshop, an innovative art curriculum designed
for visual students at the middle school level

SELECTED GRANTS,  AWARDS, & HONORS

The Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence grant to establish                            
 computer labs at Winchester High School for digital imaging and animation

The John and Mary Murphy Foundation grant to establish a photographic
program at Winchester High School and to fund an educational                              
collaborative between two high schools


Arthur Griffin Foundation grants to fund photographic facility development at         
Winchester High School, a renewable scholarship for graduating seniors      
and a visiting artist program with another high school


 Purchase Award for Drawing, The DeCordova Museum
